Our terms
- We require 50% deposit upon booking and the balance 1 month before your arrival date.

- The Tenant will remit to the Lessor an amount of 3,500 euros (only by pre-authorization
bank on the day of your arrival) as a security deposit to cover damage and/or
damage to the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee,
as well as the loss of keys or objects.

- He must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbours, in particular those emitted by radio equipment,
television and others.
The Tenant may not organize an event with noise pollution (no DJ, no music) or in
day, nor in the evening (parties/evenings prohibited).
​
- He will respect the maximum number of people who can enter the premises, in accordance with the
description that was given to him or even to invite an outside person not listed on the reservation.
​
- Tourist tax: 2 euros / night / adult
